Principal's Message

Welcome to the Tomahawk family! I’m Mr. Pearl, lead learner at Battle Ground Elementary (BGE) and Battle Ground Intermediate (BGI) Schools. I am delighted to work in tandem with our outstanding Assistant Principal, Mrs. Aird, as we learn alongside our leaders of tomorrow! The Battle Ground community is steeped in history and tradition. Our neighbors include Prophetstown State Park, The Tippecanoe Battlefield, and Wolf Park. We also have a tremendous learning partnership with our County Naturalist, Mary Cutler. As a BGE/BGI parent, you will work together with your child’s teacher to make this year one that’s filled with numerous positive learning experiences-both academically and socially.
